**Program Name: Tabataba**
**Meaning:**
Tabataba, in the Kuria language, carries a profound message: as a responsible woman, do not be idle. It encourages women to actively seek opportunities that can contribute to putting food on the table. The underlying principle is that any endeavor, no matter how small, can lead to significant outcomes over time.
**Language:**
The program is primarily conducted in the Kuria language. However, it accommodates non-Kurian professional visitors by allowing the use of Swahili or English during their participation.
**Objectives:**
1. **Reminder of Women’s Roles:** To remind women of their essential roles and responsibilities within their families.
2. **Encouragement:** To bring hope and encouragement to women who may be feeling discouraged or facing challenges.
